Seller — a user who lists or sells a vehicle.
Buyer — a user who purchases or bids on a vehicle.
Vehicle — any motor vehicle listed on our Services.
Inspection — an evaluation or report arranged by GoldenX.
Account — your registered profile on GoldenX.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listing a vehicle, booking an inspection, or participating in an auction you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time.

3. Our Services

GoldenX provides an online platform for buying, selling, inspecting, and auctioning vehicles.

Vehicle listings and marketplace access
Live and timed auctions
Instant valuation and offers
Professional inspections and reports
Free collection where available

4. Accounts

You must register with accurate information.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Listing & Selling

When listing a vehicle you confirm ownership rights and accurate information.

Valuations are estimates and subject to inspection.
Inspections are for convenience and do not guarantee performance.
Collections are arranged by appointment.
Reserve prices may apply in auctions.

6. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed according to our procedures.
No hidden fees will be charged.
Payouts depend on verification and bank processes.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations and returns are limited. Specific rights are outlined in your sale or auction agreement.

8. User Obligations

Do not post false or misleading information.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Do not engage in fraud or illegal activity.

9. Inspections

Inspection reports provide a snapshot of the vehicle at the time of inspection but do not guarantee all issues will be found.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
GoldenX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to fees paid or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Third-Party Services

Links to third-party services are for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to GoldenX or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

15. Disputes

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting info@thegoldenx.com. Legal disputes will be governed by UAE law.

16. Changes

We may modify or update these Terms at any time.

17. General

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GoldenX.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
